Mrs Baird's "Break Bread with the Chiefs" Promotion Official Rules

The "Break Bread with the Chiefs" promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), which owns the Mrs Baird's brand. The Promotion shall be solely judged by QuickSilver Interactive Group, Inc. (the "Judge"). All decisions of the Judge regarding this Promotion and these Official Rules are final. In no way is the Kansas City Chiefs Football Club, Inc. (the "Chiefs"), either directly or indirectly, responsible for operating the Promotion.

The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM Central Time ("CT") August 18, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM CT November 2, 2008 (the "Entry Period"). The drawing will be held on or after November 3, 2008.

The Promotion is open to legal residents of Kansas or Missouri who are 18 years of age or older at the start of the entry period. The Promotion is only intended for viewing in the 48 Continental United States and District of Columbia ("D.C."), is only intended for entry by legal residents of Kansas and Missouri, and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Void outside Kansas and Missouri, and where prohibited by law.

Employees or independent contractors of the Sponsor, the Judge, the Kansas City Chiefs Football Club, Inc., all participating retail organizations and any other promotional sponsors and each of their immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings) and their households are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

Eligibility

Prizes will be awarded only to individuals who are legal residents of either Kansas or Missouri and who are eighteen 18 years of age or older at the start of the entry period.

Entrants must verify that they meet the eligibility requirements as stated in these Official Rules. At no time will prizes be awarded to minors.

This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. All entries, whether submitted online or via mail, have an equal chance of winning.

How to Enter

You may enter in two ways:

(1) On a piece of white paper, print your full name, legal residence address, city, state, zip code, home phone number, e-mail address, birthdate and mail it in a #10 business envelope to: Mrs Baird's "Break Bread with the Chiefs Promotion," P.O. Box 191427, Dallas, TX 75219

Mail-in entries, which do not include all information as stated in these Official Rules, will not be accepted and will not be eligible to win. Only one mail-in entry per person will be eligible for the drawing, as determined by name, address and/or unique e-mail address. Multiple mail-in entries by the same person may result in the disqualification of all entries by that individual.

(2) Go to http://www.mrsbairds.com, click to find the "Break Bread with the Chiefs" promotion pages and enter by completing the
online form.

All online entries must be submitted with a valid and active e-mail address that may be identified with a natural person by appropriate independent means, including, without limitation, reverse domain name lookup. Online entries will be declared to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address submitted on the online entry form.

Potential winners may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. For purposes of these Official Rules, "receipt" of any online entry will be solely determined when the contest Administrator's web site server records the entry data. Any automated computer form reply or receipt (such as one confirming delivery of email) does not constitute actual receipt by Administrator of an entry form for purposes of these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, computer malfunctions, telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technical difficulties.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to the entrant.

Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Judge will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Judges may disqualify and remove any entry received from persons known to be younger than the minimum age requirement specified for this contest, especially those under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. A total of 40 winners will be awarded.

Drawing will be made by the Judge, and each selection is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with all conditions as stated in these Official Rules. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification of Winners

The winning entrants will be notified via the e-mail address provided on the Mrs Baird's Break Bread with the Chiefs entry form they submitted. The Judge will be the only organization which will contact winners. The Sponsor, Judge and promotional partners are not responsible for e-mail which is not delivered due to spam filters or other e-mail blocking mechanisms used by the winner.

Winning entrants will be required to complete and agree to two legal documents, an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Waiver of Liability and Release, before the prize is officially awarded. These documents will be presented in the form of online forms. No printed versions of these legal documents will be available. The winning entrant must complete the online form and agree to both documents within 48 hours of receiving the e-mail notification. Failure to complete these legal documents online will result in forfeiture of the prize.

After notification, if a winning entrant does not respond within 48 hours, or the time period specified by the Judge, the Sponsor reserves the right to direct the Judge to pick an alternate winner.

Deadlines

The entry period for the Promotion begins at 12:01 AM Central Time ("CT") August 18, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM CT November 2, 2008 (the "Entry Period").

The Judge’s computer is the official clock for the Promotion.

All mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before November 2, 2008 and must be received on or before November 5, 2008.

Entries received after the above deadlines are void and will not be eligible.

No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor, Judge, the Retail Promotional Partners, their respective subsidiaries, parents, partners, or other Promotion sponsors, for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.

Prize Details

40 Total Prizes will be Awarded.

Prize includes admittance for one eligible winner and a guest to attend a two-hour lunch event on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 with selected Kansas City Chiefs players present. Location of the lunch is to be determined. Transportation to and from the lunch is not included and remains the sole responsibility of the winner. If a winner is unable to attend the lunch, then the prize will be forfeited.

The specific Kansas City Chiefs players who will attend the lunch are not guaranteed and will not be officially announced until the lunch event begins.

Winners attending the lunch will also receive a replica Kansas City Chiefs football helmet.

All participants and guests to the lunch agree to comply with all Kansas City Chiefs rules and regulations and agree not to act in a disruptive manner. Participants or guests who exhibit improper conduct or violate any federal, state or local laws (including, but not limited to, the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs, unlawful drug paraphernalia, alcohol or other such substances) will be removed and will forfeit the prize and any further claim on the Sponsor, Judge or Retail Promotional Partners.

Prize details not specifically set forth herein are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Approximate retail value of each prize is $100.00. Any portion of prize not accepted by the Prize Winners will be deemed forfeited. The Sponsor, Judge and Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for any cancellation, postponement or delay, in whole or in part, of the lunch or any other prize-related event.

Except where prohibited by law, the winning entrant’s acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the name, photograph, likeness, statements, voice, and address (city and state) of the winning entrant and minor worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

Additional Terms

Every entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sponsor, Judge, Kansas City Chiefs Football Club, Retail Promotional Partners, their affiliates, advertising and public relations agencies, general and limited partners, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents and their employees assume no liability or responsibility for the prizes once they have been awarded to the winning entrants. Additionally, each winner shall hold harmless the Sponsor, Judge, Kansas City Chiefs Football Club, Retail Promotional Partners, their affiliates, their advertising and public relations agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, general and limited partners, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents and their employees against and waive any and all claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from the Promotion or prizes awarded.

The Sponsor and the Judge reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry, selection, notification or legal documents process.

Additionally, if the Sponsor in its sole judgment determines that the fairness or integrity of the Promotion is compromised or it is not possible or feasible to run the Promotion as planned, regardless of the cause, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the event of cancellation/termination, winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received as of the cancellation/termination date.

Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.

Copies of these rules will be available during the entry period at http://www.mrsbairds.com or by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope along with a request to Mrs Baird's "Break Bread with the Chiefs" Promotion, P.O. Box 191427, Dallas, TX 75219; postmarked no later than December 2, 2008 and received by December 6, 2008. A listing of the winners of prizes may be obtained by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope along with a request received after December 2, 2008, to Mrs Baird's "Break Bread with the Chiefs" Promotion Winners, P.O. Box 191427, Dallas, TX 75219.

Sponsor, Judges and Promotional Entities are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of a prize.
